in this amazing metropolis. Space Design boasts 18 serviced apartment
and office buildings in Tokyo and Yokohama. All the buildings are
fully operated by Space Design Inc. and were constructed under Japan's
stringent building codes within the last 12 years. We are dedicated
to providing all guests a safe and peaceful environment with our
in-house review of each application and our total operation system
in each building.
We have 2 series of buildings. The BUREAU
Series is our premium class serviced apartments series. The
other series, B-SITE, is our
business class serviced apartment series. We support the international
business traveler who is in need of home-away-from-home in Japan
offering an extensive menu of services at both upmarket and economical
standards.
We offer 24 hr. toll free English support
via our BUREAU Information hotline and have native Chinese, English,
Korean, Spanish, Swedish, Hindi, Russian speakers on our full-time
staff. Monthly rates in our buildings start at 150,000 yen for a
fully equipped studio apartment at B-SITE Akihabara up to 800,000
yen/month for a beautiful one bedroom corner suite on our top residential
floor in flagship BUREAU Shinagawa. High speed internet, full furnishings,
full kitchen, cable TV, housekeeping/linen service, etc., are all
included in the rent. There is no tax or service charge. There is
also no extra charge for friends and relatives who visit you during
your stay. We are also the direct owner/operator so no agent fee,

Our BUREAU
Shinagawa building offers additional services such as fitness,
yoga lessons, breakfast service, a beautiful Japanese bath and sauna
and much more. Although our apartments are leased on a monthly basis,
B-CONTE
Residential Hotel can take both nightly and weekly orders. B-CONTE
has beautiful views and full kitchens for you just five minutes
walk from Tokyo
Big Sight.
Our other preferred service is BUREX
and BUREAU SOHO space. If
you require compact serviced office space in Tokyo, this is your
answer. We do not necessarily require corporate registration to
rent this property and rates are clear and fair. Unlike other serviced
office facilities, we have no high operating charges for reception
service, fax use, etc. Please contact us today for an estimate.
