My name is Ruth Shiraishi (born in North Carolina, raised in Hawaii and Japan resident for the last 20 years) and it would be my pleasure to assist you with locating a short term to extended stay serviced apartment or work space in Tokyo.

After purchasing my own condominium, staying at countless hotels, and working in Tokyo's tradition-drenched real estate business for many years, I have had first-hand experience with the ins and outs of finding first-class, accommodation to suit in Tokyo. I've assisted in nearly a thousand visitors with housing, from compact, furnished studio apartments, to luxury 2LDK (LDK stands for Living/Dining/Kitchen) housing in Tokyo's prestigious Ichibancho, Akasaka, Shinagawa and Ebisu areas. I have also worked with a range of real estate agents here in Japan who can access the best options for long term leases or purchases on unfurnished condominiums and homes as well as furnished and unfurnished offices.
